Building on the success of the Kids Voice Tour, a singing competition for children, the concept grew and became the Swiss Voice Tour in 2019. Since last summer, the Swiss Voice Tour has been looking for Swiss singers. Divided into two categories: children and adults, more than 1'700 of them gave it a try first during the preselections in COOP shopping centres, the main partner of the event, then, for the 8 finalists, during a great evening where candidates and members of the jury share the stage. The winner of each category wins the recording of an original title in the legendary Abbey Road studio in London and a video clip under the leadership of producer Paul Sutin, known in particular for his numerous collaborations with Phil Collins.
It is this grand finale that will take place, for the second time, in Montreux, under the aegis of the Cultural Season Foundation.
Cousin of the TV show "The Voice", the "Swiss Voice Tour" is also a competition but it favors above all the musical encounter and highlights the benevolence towards the candidates. This experience is an opportunity for them to live their passion for singing, to meet artists and to benefit from the advice of recognized professionals in the world of music.
